Kapil Sheth

About the Teacher

Kapil Sheth

“The real treasure is not outside—it is within. The path to it begins with a single breath.”

Kapil Sheth is not a monk. He is not a renunciate. He is a householder—just like many who walk through life balancing responsibilities, relationships, and the ever-changing currents of the world. Yet beneath the surface of an ordinary life, Kapil carries an extraordinary devotion to the path of inner truth.

Born in 1978 in a small town in India, Kapil grew up in a deeply spiritual and devotional family. In a household of fifteen people—three generations living under one roof, including his great-grandfather—spirituality wasn’t a concept; it was the air they breathed. Morning prayers, sacred rituals, shared meals, and an unspoken reverence for life created the foundation of his early years.

What Make Our Programs Unique

If you’re ready to pause, reflect, and connect with what’s real within you this space is for you.

Why Go Jungle Life Coaching

Go Jungle is not about going wild — it’s about growing wise. It’s a journey inward, rooted in understanding the natural laws of life — the Dharma — and creating transformation from within. This is not surface-level coaching or temporary motivation. Go Jungle offers a rare blend of life coaching guided by the timeless wisdom of Dharma and the profound practice of meditation in the tradition of Vipassana as taught by Guruji S.N. Goenka ji.

The change begins at the deepest layers of the mind, where real, lasting transformation takes place — from confusion to clarity, from reaction to awareness, from restlessness to peace.

The Spirit of Dana (Donation)

At Go Jungle Life Coaching, we are deeply inspired by the ancient tradition of Dana — a Sanskrit and Pali word meaning generosity or selfless giving.

All of our coaching sessions and programs are offered completely free of charge, following the principle that true transformation should remain open and accessible to all — regardless of financial background.

You are here today because someone before you chose to give. They experienced benefit, and from that space of gratitude, they offered Dana so someone like you could receive the same opportunity. In this way, each participant becomes part of a circle of service, a chain of kindness that supports inner growth without expectation.

Dana Is Not a Transaction. It Is a Volition

We do not view Dana as a fee, price, or requirement. Instead, it is a voluntary act that arises from the heart — from a mind touched by clarity, compassion, and humility.

“The donation should come from a volition of a pure mind… not to glorify the self, but to serve others.” — S.N. Goenka

Dana is not about inflating the ego, but rather, deflating it. It is an opportunity to let go of ownership, to step into a space of giving without seeking recognition, and to support others on their path — just as you have been supported.

How It Works

  • All Go Jungle programs and coaching sessions are offered freely, with no price tag or obligation.
  • If you find value in what you receive, you are welcome to offer Dana after the session — to help sustain and share this work with future participants.
  • Every contribution, big or small, goes directly toward making these experiences possible for others.
  • There is no minimum, no pressure, and no follow-up. It must come from your own volition.

Why Dana Matters

  • It keeps the intention pure: no marketing, no upselling, no commercial agenda.
  • It fosters a spirit of community and shared growth.
  • It allows each person to give only when they feel ready and inspired.

This model has supported countless transformations — not by business structures, but through a living chain of generosity. We are honoured to continue that tradition in our own way.

If your heart is moved to give, you can do so. If not, you are still just as welcome. This path is for everyone.

“The seed of Dhamma grows best when watered by selfless generosity.”
S.N. Goenka
